At Foley Park, we encourage children to be inquisitive throughout their time at school and beyond. We hope to inspire a healthy curiosity working to create a generation interested in Computing who identify the links to other subjects seeing Computing as a pathway into their eventual working lives. This can be created through an immersive and practical curriculum allowing children to build on their computing knowledge and skills in computer science, programming, creating digital content and ensuring that they use technology appropriately and safely. We aim for all children and staff to develop a positive attitude towards digital technology and to recognise its distinctive contribution to learning and teaching. For this reason we have started to introduce the Teach Computing Curriculum across the school.
