Additional funding to improve the educational attainment is received from the Government through the Pupil Premium Grant.

This allocation is based on the numbers of pupils who have been entitled to Free School Meals at any point during their time at school. 

An additional allocation is also made for pupils of service personnel and “Looked After Children”
